"Florence Condo #607 was superb. I already want to book next year. Location was the best. Kitchen had everything I needed. Updated condo. Beds all firm and seemed new. I did not open the sofa bed so I can not comment on that.Only thing: there is paint peeling from the ceilings of the living area, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. I would definitely stay in Condo 607 again."

"The location was great! The gulf view and short walk to the beach did not disappoint! Check in was easy and owners were very responsive. The only downside was that the unit wasn't very clean. To be fair, some of the items may have been beyond the normal scope of the cleaning staff's responsibilities. We bought some cleaning supplies and had it looking and feeling better shortly. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely stay here again. "
