The pool and jacuzzi was very clean and well maintained. This was perhaps the best ever rental my family has ever stayed in hands down!! That you so much for a great experience. "

"The condo was smaller then we expexted, but it worked for us. The furniture was not comfortable. The king bed was good. The queen bed was uncomfortable and squeeky. The kitchen sink did not produce even warm water. We were given dishwaser tablets, but there was no dishwasher. "

"We loved the layout and totally spacious feel of the condo. It was clean, gorgeous, and felt like home away from home. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the plates/bowls/pots/pans/silverware/glasses we would need, the fridge was large enough for our weeks' worth of meals and snacks, and there was plenty of lounge space for all. We never heard noise from any neighbor (but the ones we met down by the pool were very friendly). TVs with all the apps in every room was a bonus for when we weren't...

"Every member of the staff was friendly, polite, helpful, and patient. Food and drinks were excellent. My kids REALLY loved the light-up dance floor in the hotel restaurant (also where the complimentary breakfast is served every morning). Kids also loved the pool and easy beach access. Outdoor showers were provided to wash sand off. Security Guards were stationed at the beach entrances and throughout the pool/bar area keeping an eye on things. The room and bathroom were clean and well stocked with essentials—coffee, tea, cups, toiletries, towels, pillows, etc. Housekeeping came and cleaned the floors/new towels/changed bed linens even without us requesting it—which was fabulous! My only complaint is that the mattresses were a bit thin for my taste (could feel the springs) and there was only 1 kind of pillow on the bed—the squishy ones that go flat when you lay your head on them. Having both soft and firm pillows available would have been perfect. A hot tub in the pool area would have been nice—but that’s mainly because we visited over Spring Break (March). The cold wind blowing in from the gulf made it difficult to swim in the pool once the sun started to set (my kids tried though, lol). Having a hot tub to warm up in occasionally while swimming would have been amazing! Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. The minor complaints I mentioned above would not prevent me booking this hotel again in the future—planning to come in the summer next time!"
