The location is good - a 15 minute walk to the town centre and a 10 minute walk to the Boardmasters Beach bar. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Bug shout out to Neil, Noah and Sarah, the breakfast team who were lovely. "

The pool could do with a bit of maintenance but overall a great stay with a short walk to the beach and surrounding areas in Newquay. "
