"The cottage is superbly located to the village. We went on an organised Doc Martin tour which was good fun and very informative. The house was spacious but unfortunately the sheets on both double beds were stained, which was not great as after a long journey, we were very tired and had to sleep on top of the beds for the first night until next day. "The Beach House was the perfect place to have a family reunion. The location is wonderful, a short walk into Port Isaac and overlooking the beautiful Port Gaverne. Amazing decking/ balcony across the road to sit for sundowners and evening meals. Plenty of parking, lovely spacious rooms and a fantastic kitchen / dining room with plenty of space. The games room is great and the sauna too! We would definitely recommend."

"The property was very clean and well furnished, with comfortable beds. The bathroom is well appointed, and comes with lovely, fluffy soft white towels. We received a welcome kit with tea, coffee, and biscuits, and found scones, jam, and clotted cream in the refrigerator. The Stanley House met our needs and was as described (the only discrepancy we found was that there was no clothes dryer--I even read the manual for the washer online to see if it was a combo washer/dryer). "I am still waiting on feedback following our stay last week. We are a family of 6 adults and 3 children so a 5 bed property was necessary. Unfortunately one of the bedrooms had a significant damp problem, the smell was so strong that we couldn’t use the room so we had to share beds. This was a known issue to the property owners and agents because we had a visit from the loss adjuster during our stay to assess the problem. I am waiting for a satisfactory reply to this issue where the room...
