"Clean, neat, short hop to Boothbay. Perfect for couple. Very safe as well. Neighborhood is not picturesque… not important to us. Only small, small picky note: heat was too high for us at night without ability to regulate. Highly recommend!"

"My family of 5 had a lovely stay at this home in Boothbay Harbor. This home was roomy and had everything we needed. Location was great, walking to cute shops and restaurants. Only downside to location was noisy traffic at night and gas station lights outside. We had a great trip and would stay here again."

"It was great except for the check in which was 4:00. In Maine it was dark by then and the listing did not say the entrance was on the side of the building, not the front that was in the photo. There lighting on the house numbers was inadequate and we had to call and wait to talk to someone who could help us locate the proper entrance. I recommend better lighting and signage. Once we settled in we enjoyed the lovely location that was close to great restaurants and the lovely Wiscasset Village. I...

"The unit was perfect for our stay. It was well appointed and nicely decorated. The location is great as you are close to Boothbay Harbor but not in it. Ocean Point is a fantastic place to walk to really experience the Maine coast. The screen porch was a hit with the seating area and table where you could see Linekin Bay. Bed was comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed with a gas grill outside. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Check in process was very smooth. Communication with property management to assure the quality of the stay was appreciated. The property pictures accurately reflected the condition of the house which was clean and comfortable. The quiet neighborhood was a great place to unwind. Really enjoyed the deck overlooking the water. We were especially luck to view the Northern lights during our stay. Would definitely stay again and recommend to other travelers."

"We loved our week in Maine. The condo on the river was perfectly located to cruise all that Maine has to offer. Everything was as revealed in the advertising. Lots of areas to explore. "

"I wasn't aware I would be charged an additional fee on my card the day I was supposed to check in. We stopped by their offices which were closed for the season and left a message with no reply. I also tried to the phone number provided on here and it was disconnected. Very disappointed my credit card information was released and there was a charge without my knowledge. Even for a hold the fee is way too much. I paid less than half of this for my one night stay. Still trying to reach them...

"My family spent one week in Boothbay Harbor for our first time to Maine. We thoroughly enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of this small coastal town. Nothing disappointed us. Karen was great to work with! The location of this property is so close to everything in Boothbay. The only negative to this property is that there is no A/C, but fans are provided."

"The condo unit was exactly as described and we found the property manager to be immediately responsive to our questions. The entire unit was beautifully decorated and the beds/furniture was quite comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed and there were plenty of towels/linens. The location is within walking distance of central Boothbay Harbor but in a secluded neighborhood that is very quiet. We enjoyed the “shoulder season” a few weeks before the tourists began to arrive, but found enough...

"The property is tucked away in a quiet location walking distance from the center of town. The view of the cove from the balcony is beautiful. Parking right in front of the condo gives easy access. The host is very helpful if you have questions. The decor is so festive and makes you feel right at home. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Very peaceful setting. "Our party of 8 enjoyed our stay. The house is well equipped and stocked to get you started. Conveniently located to town and the Botanical Gardens. Plenty of outside space for kids to run around and play. It has a beautiful view of the cove but is very rocky. This didn't stop us from hunting hermit crabs and catching fish. The house is old but that gives it the Maine charm. "

"We stay at the cottage the last week of March and it was amazing! The location is close to the village centers of Newcastle and Demariscotta. The views from the sun porch is wonderful. The house was spotless and very comfortable. It was so quiet too! The best place I’ve ever stay at!"

"absolutely beautiful property. The staff especially Orlando were exceptional, helpful, friendly, professional. We have never stayed at a hotel where the staff went above and beyond they way they did. the property was exceptionally well kept and clean. Directly across from the ocean with beautiful views. Close to dining options and shopping. We had an amazing stay and will definitely return. Again a huge shout out to Orlando who made our stay beyond fantastic and he tended to our every need with a smile "
