"The staff was super friendly and I did get an upgraded room with a beautiful view of Rockland Harbor but the reading lights and outlets did not work truly not an issue since I was only there one night. "Located far down the peninsula from Rockland at Spruce Head, Craignair Inn boasts panoramic views and oceanfront dining. Our room, one of 16, was on the third floor and nicely remodeled. There is no elevator and the stairs are steep; but assistance with our luggage was offered. The inn also contains the Causeway restaurant serving casually elegant dinners. Our meals were memorable. We would definitely come back on future trips."

"Lovely roomy inn in South Bristol, Maine on Christmas cove. The hosts Alex a nd Freddy were very friendly and welcoming. My room was spacious with a private full bath. There is a tower you can go up to via several staircases to an amazing view overlooking the water and pine trees. The made to order breakfasts were delicious. Lots of beverages available at anytime. We had some nice conversations. They are still remodeling and redecorating some areas from their new owership a year ago. "

"I traveled from 5hrs south to attend a funeral service the following morning and arrived after 11pm. The instructions were clear and easy to retrieve the key for the room. I never saw one person since I left fairly early around 8:30am. There wasn’t much for breakfast but I didn’t expect much since it’s probably their off season and it didn’t seem there were many people at the hotel.
