"We came into town last minute because of a family emergency. There’s not a ton of options in the area, unless you want to pay thousands of dollars. This place was conveniently located to our family with a good price. The home was comfy and the host was amazing. "

"Beautiful property that we wish we could have enjoyed more but it was perfectly cozy for a snowstorm. My only request is that of you can’t use the wood burning stove there should be some fire feature to enjoy during the winter even a gas one. "

"Everything was beyond expectations. The neighborhood was quiet. The stars were visible and a nice deck to enjoy the experience. Big back yard for the dogs to explore. The kitchen was large and well stocked. One of the best features was large windows throughout the house so you could take in stunning sunsets.We went to the Damariscotta Pumpkin Festival and it was a short drive away.The house is very classy and it has alot of interesting facts about its history.We would come back. Thank You "

"Our party of 8 enjoyed our stay. The house is well equipped and stocked to get you started. Conveniently located to town and the Botanical Gardens. Plenty of outside space for kids to run around and play. It has a beautiful view of the cove but is very rocky. This didn't stop us from hunting hermit crabs and catching fish. The house is old but that gives it the Maine charm. "

"Myself and daughter enjoyed our stay. It was clean and quiet, and the breakfast had quite a few options to choose from to start your day with. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The only issue we encountered, was that the water in the bathroom took a long time to go down in the sink. Other than this issue, our stay was a pleasent one!"

"The room was super clean. The bathroom was newly remodeled. The front staff was very friendly and helpful! This was a great stay for a hotel in our budget. The view of the water (yes, across the parking lot) was fantastic. Got to watch the ferry come in! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"A wonderful pool area with great amenities. I don't understand why there are no napkins/paper towels in the rooms. We had to use towels and they were extra dirty after. Our housekeeper for the 4th floor. She was very sweet and kind. Also, she seemed efficient. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you "
