"This was our second stay. We love that the house is located in town so you can still get around in bad weather. A great location if you are looking to visit Cherry Springs State Park and The PA Grand Canyon. The house has everything you need and is a good fit for a group or a family. Hosts are just lovely and responsive. Highly recommend!"

"Very accurate to listing. Property was perfect for my birthday weekend with my boyfriend and dogs. Beautiful views even in snowy weather. Lisa is AMAZING!!! We had a small accident and she replied and came to help very quickly!!! Could not have asked for a better weekend! Town of Wellsville is beautiful as well. "

"We had a great time at Watson Farm. The house, property and the area was perfect for what we had in mind. The house had everything we needed- and looked just like the photos. Our children were so happy to wake up and hang out with books and games in the upstairs sitting area, run around in the fields in the afternoon and stargaze at night. The adults appreciated being able to check in with work and meetings on the included WiFi. Lee our host was quickly responsive really helped us to enjoy...

"The owners have done an amazing job restoring this fabulous piece of organic modernism architecture to its fullest. Not only is it authentic, it is tasteful and high-end in every aspect - all the amenities are quality. We felt immersed in luxury yet comfortable and relaxed. The owners’ tour is not to be missed, informative, delicious appetizers and wine, and added a deeper dimension to our stay. Cannot recommend this stay enough if you want to spoil yourself while out in the Pennsylvania Wilds!"

"This house is in a terrific location and is very clean. Beds were comfortable. Roomy and spacious. On top of the regular price, we paid a pet fee, an optional linen fee and a "service fee." We also had directions to leave the place how we found it, even to drive the garbage to a nearby dumpster off the property. I am okay with this policy, but not if they are also going to charge a "service fee." That is my only complaint. And the lock was hard to open, but they did warn us about that....
