"I wasn’t aware of the parking situation - a poster indicating hotel directions would have been really helpful. I came in very late, by myself with a lot of heavy luggage and carried it around the block. When I could have just parked on the 2 or 3 floor !!!! Ugh!!! Other than that the hotel and workers were nice and well kept up! It was very quiet too! It’s a convenient place to stay if you want to walk around to the battleship, Chrysler Museums, Freemason District, and interesting old...

"Friendly & helpful staff,hotel great location.I got introduced to FRED-acronym for Free Ride Every Day.It brings you around downtown Norfolk .Super cool service.FRED came fast & we got a ride to USS Wisconsin/Nautilus museum.It’s near the hiotel, walkable but FRED made it convenient,didn’t have to take out the car from garage.Thanks to Barbara & all staff who told me about FRED. I wish all cities have this service.So Awesome. Only thing is I wish there’s more food selection for breakfast.I enjoyed my stay."
