Check in and out staff was polite and helpful. On the other hand the hotel facilities are not in good condition, the elevator and the room was dirty, mold on tub walls and dust everywhere. But the moat disturbing was the bed bugs. Left bitten and itching. Will not return.

The room could have been cleaner. Couch was stained with crumbs on it. Refrigerator handle was sticky and the headboard had some kind of greasy substance on it. The hotel was close to the airport, so it was tolerable for one night.

Front desk man was quick and friendly when i was arriving exhausted and thirsty...gave complimentary waters, very welcoming. When leaving in morning, woman was helpful in trying to get me a taxi to my appointment, again a friendly, helpful experience with stafff....hotel was clean and comfortable
