The rooms and bathroom were beautiful and spacious even for the standard rooms. Wellness and dining spaces were also stunning and with perfect views of the Matterhorn. "There was no water for two days, no way to flush toilets, wash hands, take a shower. Expedia was informed but did not react for 72 hours. No one offered even drinking water. The hotel advised Expedia guests needed to be moved but Expedia did not respond for 72 hours. The hotel provided a full refund but Expedia would not provide it to the customer despite receiving it from the company. "
