The rooms from 24 up are on the upper hill and are closer to the pool and have astonishing views, either over the ocean and Porto Santo, or over Santana, with mountain and ocean. Hard to decide. The food at restaurant is better than many Funchal ones. The only draw back is the fact that the add stated they have microwave, coockware, and dishes, but they had in the room only a kettle. "We stayed on the second floor. Nice apartment with nice view and underground garage (if you rent a car). Little bit noisy during the day and early evening but quiet after midnight. Positioned about 2 km from old town center but there are plenty of shops, restaurants etc. nearby. The Lido swimming pool complex is about 5 minutes walk away. The apartment is cleaned once a week, this should be done minimum twice a week, since you get only 5 towels when arrive, and there is no place to dry your wet...

L'hôte très sympathique tient un café juste au dessus, ce qui facilite la communication et la flexibilité de l'heure d'arrivée et du départ. Situé dans un village tranquille sur les haut de la côte sud-ouest, il est quasiment nécessaire d'avoir une voiture pour s'y rendre, même si un arrêt de bus se trouve en face de la maison."
