"The fourth floor ice machine is broken and water dispenser only dispenses lukewarm water on that floor. But apart from that the room and property was great. However the entrance area had construction going on right (April 21, 22, 2025) now so it is a bit chaotic. "

"Great location in a beautiful historical building.Valet parking is pricey but well worth the hassle to try to find parking in Old Quebec City."

"One of the best hotel we stayed at! Everything was perfect! Restaurant was amazing (breakfast and dinner). The hotel was very clean, service at the front desk was exeptional. They even have cookies for kids. We also enjoyed the spa with the kids. We will be back for sure!"
