"This rental was very spacious, couches were very comfortable. The water was not safe to drink and plenty of bottled water was available. "Overall our stay was pretty nice. However, Outside entrance, deck and grounds have been neglected. Built up dirt and debris are much more than weather related. "The house was beautifully remodeled and decorated, very clean! Love the waterfront location, there was only one dollar general nearby so definitely stock up before you come. My only complaint was we couldn’t find trash bags and anywhere, other than that, all was great!"

"Very disappointed when we got there the air was set to 82 degrees so it took a very long time to cool down. The door code was not set to what it was supposed to be. When we got ready to take baths Friday the hot water did not work. I called maintenance and it was 12:30 am before they could get there. Which the maintenance man was nice and fixed the problem. "My wife and I loved staying here. It is a beautiful home with lovely decor and very nice neighbors. The aminties were very nice. Also we were only 20 or 30 minutes from some very nice beaches. The home was very nice and we are looking to come back again next year."
