"We used this place for one night before flying back from Olbia. It’s not a hotel and has more of a hostel vibe. It’s a large house in an estate with two communal areas (one with a kitchen and shared fridge). As it’s pretty much a house, when guests woke up at 5am, we could hear EVERYTHING. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not a terrible place just don’t expect a hotel experience. The pool was nice and the kids enjoyed it. "It is hard to find anything bad about this place. We were in the suite on the terrace which is absolutely fantastic. I imagine if it pretty hit in the summer, but we were fine in October. It won’t be for you if you can’t manage lots of stairs as it’s a good way up to get in. But if you can manage then it’s a great place to stay. Breakfast is a good selection, the beds are comfortable. "Positives were late check in, nice kitchen, owner tried to be helpful. Negatives were drive going into it was washed out and like a two track, hard to find, dangerous driveway exiting, poor bed (sags into middle), chemical order on sheets and they were stained."

"The property was nothing like the photos, all the photos shown has a kitchen, which is why I chose this property, but no kitchen on arrival. Beds were uncomfortable and bathroom was out dated. "

"The staff were so nice and accommodating! We didn’t have a car upon arrival and they set us up a rental immediately! They have a private beach within walking distance, but many amazing restaurants and beaches are reachable in a 5-10 min drive. The room was spacious and clean, a bit dated but gave beach house vibes and we weren’t spending much time indoors so we didn’t mind! Definitely recommend staying here. "
