"A very nice house, great location, nice view. Sadly I injured myself 2 hours after my arrival as a beach chair leg dropped and I hit my back on a bar, ended up going to the hospital the next day. The host was very attentive ( even bringing me to the clinic himself, they then transferred me by ambulance as I couldn’t walk on my own). "2 adults and 2 kids at 8 and 10. Lovely home with a great little pool and excellent location with a marvelous view of the bay. Well equipped and AC units in all bedrooms. Close to great restaurants and stores. I would not recommend for families with very young children, older people with balance or walking issues or very tall people due to lower ceilings in staircases etc. Overall a really great week for us."

Principally, IT HAS NO WI-FI ACCESS which nowadays places it in its own category. THIS FACT SHOULD BE HIGHLIGHTED TO FUTURE CLIENTS. "Our stay was nothing short of wonderful. The property was spacious, clean, and we had all of the amenities we could have possibly needed. Our host was incredibly helpful, responsive, and maintains a great home. We had no issues at all, appreciated its location in proximity to beaches, supermarkets, and food options. The pool was wonderful and the area was quiet. I would most definitely book this property again, it was a highlight of our trip."

"We spent 9 magical nights in this beautiful house in the most incredible location. We have never stayed anywhere quite like it. We spent our days swimming in the bay or visiting the wonderful beaches, then the evenings eating by the water and sitting under the stars! We feel so lucky and cannot wait to come back! "This is a really lovely villa in a fantastic rural location with magnificent views. Beaches and other sites of interest are within a short car ride away. We were six adults and enjoyed the spaciousness of the villa and the substantial pool. What made this villa particularly special was the attention we were given by Alberto, the property manager. "Villa Clizia is a lovely place to stay near the beach and now with the option of using a fully fenced swimming pool that is shared with the owner's place behind. Unfortunately the palm tree is no more. Cannigione is a nice, quiet, unpretentious town in the amazing north of Sardinia. Laconia is a 15 minute walk from Cannigione and has at least three good restaurants and a very nice beach."

"One of the best rentals I’ve stayed in! The yard is absolutely gorgeous and the house is either newly built or newly remodeled. Secluded with beautiful views of the Sardinian countryside but not far from central Olbia or Costa Smerelda. The highlight of this rental (other than the pool) was Ernesto, the host. "Most everything was great but for a busy upscale hotel no wifi except the lobby ? Time to upgrade when you’re in your room is where you need it !! Pretty tough to do anything without wifi these days!! I’m pretty sure they are making enough money to afford better wifi service "

"The staff were so nice and accommodating! We didn’t have a car upon arrival and they set us up a rental immediately! They have a private beach within walking distance, but many amazing restaurants and beaches are reachable in a 5-10 min drive. The room was spacious and clean, a bit dated but gave beach house vibes and we weren’t spending much time indoors so we didn’t mind! Definitely recommend staying here. "
