"It is close to the train station and the busy Cathedral Cologne and there can be some sense of a lot of people - but once you step inside it's a fabulous retreat. Great service, we had a beautiful room. The breakfast is very expensive and just "okay" so go across the street to the Cafe Richard. Close to the "historical sections" and close to the water. Would stay here again for sure."

"Excellent hotel. Staff quickly filled the bathroom shower gel when notified or was empty. There was a cigarette burn on the comforter though. Overall, excellent hotel right next to the Rhein River. "

"If all you need is a bed for the night this hotel is perfect. No frills but every you need. Great power shower! No kettle etc but I think that’s ok for the price. Very loud in the morning due to being next to a very busy road, not hotels fault though!"
