"The hotel in a good walkable area, safe. Very clean room it met the needs we needed a 1 night overnight stay before leaving to catch a cruise the next day. Staff was courteous, spoke English, Spanish and Italian and the nightly rate was a great deal."

"Good little place near to Termini Rail station with a good few restaurants only a few minutes away. Accommodatiom is straightforward, clean and functional and the staff are very hrlpful. Easy to get to main attractions either on foot or on public transport via Termini."

"We got lucky and another person staying there let us inside so we could call for a check-in. Without them, who knows how long we'd be stuck outside. The area around is sketchy AF but that's not their fault, just be aware. The room was fine, did the job and had met our needs. The room was in need of some basic repairs but nothjng major."

"Good overall experience for the price. Train station was one block away which made very easy to move around the city. Variety of food for breakfast (not best quality but ok for the price). The staff was friendly, you have to leave the key when you leave the property por the day but I guess it makes sense because they use regular keys instead of cards to open doors. I wouldn’t say it was perfect but you get what you pay for. Based on location (for first time tourist) and price, I would recommend...

"Nice location not too far from termini station and coliseum. They charge additional fee for each person but that might be at every bnb in rome. Clean place. Couldve used more pillows! No smart TV. Overall nice stay."

"Spent a night here at the end of a trip arriving on train, departing by plane. It's right by Roma Termini so very convenient. Stayed in a double room, it was clean and comfortable. Check in process was straight forward. The immediate area isn't the nicest being right by the train station but it's still close to a lot of the big sites. Would definitely stay again."

"Stayed here in 2006 & 2010 so it made sense to stay again in 2024 - the location is great, close to many important sites, great eateries, transportation & university. I feel very safe and secure, it's small but had everything you need, staff (Hassan & others) are friendly and helpful. If I return to Rome I will stay here again!!"
