"Excellent stay in Rome. Great location not far from train station and 10-20min walk from the main attractions that we wanted to see. Lots of restaurants nearby so excellent choice. The front of desk service was welcoming, friendly & helpful. There was a slight delay in our room being ready for 2pm arrival, but just waited with complimentary biscuits and drinks which is available throughout stay. We’d paid extra for the jacuzzi, which for info involves you standing there for 45-50min as need to hold shower head over it to fill. On one of the days we returned to find a large bag of rubbish left in our room by the cleaners, but we just took it back to reception. Not a big issue at all. We would definitely recommend and look to book this place again. "

"The check in was easy, speedy and no bother. The gentleman behind the desk was knowledgeable, attentive and very kind. We got a free room upgrade and even free breakfast. The room was massive, with huge double shower. The room was facing some sort of inner garden away from the huddle and bustle of the main road so it was very quiet. Good night sleep on comfy bed. Going for breakfast in a bit and I am sure that it will be up to the standard of the room. Would definitely recommend this hotel. THANKYOUUUUU "

"Everyone was friendly, breakfast was great, walking distance to everything. We were traveling with a child and it was a 15 min walk to the Trevi Fountain or Colosseum. Absolutely love this stay and will keep them in mind next time. We will recommend to all. "

"Was here for 3 nights and had a great time in Rome. Location is excellent for bus, metro and train. Great hotel after a very tiring day walking about. Staff is friendly, our room was clean and breakfast was a treat before a days out. We would be back when in Rome again."
