"Excellent! Just left the ravenala following 5 night stay. We had no compliants at all. We stayed in the adult zone where you get your own bean bag loungers on the beach. The room was very clean, housekeeping are incredible. Each day the room was spotless and care taken with items in the room. Huge thanks to the staff at the boat house - well equipped, highly knowledgeable and happy to go out and teach. Their english is very good too. The added options of glassbottom tour was excellent. "Hotel feels more like a 5* in many ways. Especially enjoyed the ‘quiet area’ pools and the a la carte restaurants. Only thing I would change is so many people smoking in public areas/beach."

"A nice hotel but the wifi is quite patchy and the food could more varied. The room was nice and comfortable but had quite a small bathroom area. The pool is quite small but because it is so close to the sea not really a problem."
