"We had the most amazing stay @ The Knotty Pine! Although the weather was inclement we had a wonderful weekend. The hosts are exceptionally detailed with the beauty of their home & the little details throughout their house. First time staying here & we will be coming back! Like other reviews mentioned, they do offer Wi-Fi, but you'll need to bring a Roku to watch TV. Additionally, it's quite dark outside, so it's a good idea to bring a flashlight is very dark dark outside since there are no lights in the backyard or on the side. The only lights available are on the balcony, and they're not very bright. However, the community offers activities in the same area, and the views of the lake are beautiful, even if it's not directly in front of the cabin - it's only a three-minute drive"

"The cabin was exactly what we wanted. It’s clean, had all the essentials, and is secluded. Kids enjoyed the hot tub and the host even left goodies for our 2 boys in the loft. "

"Group of friends all stayed for the weekend and we were impressed by the tidy and cleanliness. The bed linens were hotel style and clean. The shower towels were neatly rolled and toilet paper stamped by a clearly professional cleaning service that had come through.Had very few “issues” such as a leaky faucet etc I made the host aware but had no impact on our stay. Host was very responsive and appreciative of all feedback.Definitely recommend."

"Had an absolutely lovely stay here with my boyfriend. The perfect size cabin for two people for a relaxing weekend getaway, nicely secluded but easy to find, ample parking, excellent natural light and a super comfy bed. We stayed in early February and it snowed and not only was it beautiful, but also very well heated. The decor was super cozy, cohesive and clean, I could’ve stayed forever and we can’t wait to come back! A few things to note: there is minimal cell service, not much data, but you can make calls and send texts. The oven/stove is a hot plate and toaster oven, and the only knives provided are serrated, which wasn’t particularly convenient, but we managed to cook a delicious dinner despite that, and there is a microwave, which might be most important overall. "
