"Our host Ricky was awesome from beginning to end. He responded to any and every question promptly throughout the months leading up to and during our stay. The house was perfect for keeping the kids and adults entertained w/ the pool table, air hockey, foosball table, hot tub and more. The three levels allowed for both alone time and togetherness as needed. "

"We stayed with 12 adults for a 40th birthday celebration. There was so much space for everyone to hang out and sleep comfortably. The house is even cleaner and nicer in person and was fully stocked with everything you needed. We would definitely stay here again. The booking agent Ginni was so helpful too. Definitely reccommend it to anyone with a larger group. The game room downstairs was awesome too - basketball, pool table, darts, shuffle board. We had so much fun!"

"My family and I come to the Poconos annually on thanksgiving to have a nice quiet getaway. This place was perfect we brought our dog, Anthony was super accessible and helpful throughout the check in process. The property is in a gated community & you have to haul your own trash to the community’s trash compactor Would recommend this property. "

"Our group of 8 (4 adults/4kids) had a great stay at this property. The owners are very friendly and available if you need anything. The house is as advertised, we enjoyed all the games, the hot tub (especially) & the location. The community is very convenient for all the Poconos have to offer as well. Book with confidence!! "

"We were not lucky because the weather was not friendly: 2.5 days of rain and 2 days of below average temperature (40th). Instead of having fun at beautiful beaches and pools (3rd week in August), we were staying inside of the house most of the time. Nothing to entertain 2year old. Fortunately, the house had a heater, so we were feeling comfortable there. The last 2 days were better... Pools were great so as lake beaches and playgrounds. Food in local restaurants was good, too. Communication...
