"Balai is stunning and clean, I stayed here as a way to unwind after a 2 week trip and it was absolutely the right decision. Balai gives a chance to unwind alone and everything is preplanned once you ask, for instance, the sauna and spa is booked an hour at a time so no one needs to share. The amenities offered in the rooms are excellent. The facilities are clean and nothing suggested is too much. The food options were good too. Highly recommend for a retreat type feel."

"I wanted to stay one night in PP just to dine at KaLui. This may have been a poor choice. But it was survivable. They tried to stick me with a bill for the breakfast and I said the place is a bed and breakfast. It includes breakfast. Anyways, there isn’t much going on nearby anyway. The ladies were nice enough. Just don’t expect much other than 70’s kitsch. "

"The room is clean. I was pleasantly surprised after a long trip from El Nido to be welcomed by a spacious clean white room. We had a big bed for my husband and I and, two single beds for my two daughters. For the price we paid, it was really good value. "The property is this small front tucked into a very busy street. Blink and you'll miss it. Inside, it's a nice hotel, with nice touches of mirrors, marble,and tile. The staff is numerous, extremely helpful and polite. Not a scowl in the place, it was delightful. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, the bed was a bit stiff for me, but that's me. Slept anyway. "The property was very unique and kichi. The theme was well covered but a little cluttered in our suite and it was hard to move around. Too many objects. The bathroom light switch fell apart and the shower had also fell off in our first night stay but the staff took care of it very quickly. Ok Google. We paid more than other people for the same excursions by 700 pesos and we are on the same bus. I believe it was incurred by the hotel but I could be wrong"
