Very disorganized. Made an appointment for manicure and pedicure but nobody was available to do my nails. Had to rebook the next day but the same thing happened. We booked for the shuttle going to the airport and we were first on the list, but they accommodated some group instead. We almost miss our flight. Also the room that they gave us smelled like mold, there were leaks on the walls and the beddings were wet with moisture so we had to transfer to another room so INCONVENIENT. I will never go back to your place again and will never recommend your place to anybody

Horrible stay
I am so disappointed in this hotel. Our shower disnt have a curtain so as you shower the bathroom floods, the internet sucks and you have to enter a new code daily, they have a coffee station in the room but no outlets anywhere near the setup so we had to move the kettle into the bathroom where the only plug was. No elevators and or transportation to help you get around the city and their hotel transport isnt free.

We love the food in their restaurant. We love almost everything, except that the AC in our room leaked on 1 bed and on thr floor and wet some of the clothes stowed on top of the bed.

We had a comfortable stay in Aziza Paradise Hotel! Food, location, airport pick up arrangement, and service were excellent. Our room had an odd smell and the sliding bathroom door made a terrible noise. A couple of masseuses were not friendly.

An oasis in the middle of a worn out neighborhood. This place is great. The food and service was 5 star and the airport shuttle was very convenient. It’s a resort, so they have a full service spa so my wife and I scheduled a1 hour message for ourselves and facials for our daughters, both were very affordable. The pool felt great, even in the rain. The room was very comfortable but the water took a long time to get warm. There’s no elevator but the staff is very helpful with the luggage. We would definitely stay here again.

Great overall experience.
Great pool. Friendly staff. Breakfast can get busy so take note of peak hours. Front desk was able to print out some documents for me as well as arrange shuttle service to take my family to the airport our last day. One minor inconvenience was that our balcony did not have any furniture or a dry rack so it would been nice to have something to hang wet swimsuits.

Parking design should be slanted for cars on both sides. Motorcycle can be park for both ends to save space. It was hard getting in and out specially when vehicles are parked behind you. Otherwise- Aziza is an awesome place to stay with Family or alone. This was my 5th time staying in Aziza.
