"The villa exceeded our expectations by a significant margin. All bedrooms were large and well furnished. Fantastic ensuites. Overall the villa was very very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and the outdoor area around the pool especially for dining outside was great. More than enough sun beds and parasols. You probably would need a car to get around. "What a great property!! We hadn’t booked with Vrbo before when we came across Karen’s property. Karens speedy communication was so reassuring. From the moment we booked she was always on hand to answer any questions we might have. "We stay in Bischosfshofen on a yearly basis, to date this is the largest pool we have come across. On arrival a good selection of drinks for all ages were left for us which beats past experiences. The villa is set up for small children with stair gates in place. We had a few small issues, these were dealt with swiftly. Management team were pleasant to deal with. "We were 6 People who had a very beautiful stay. Thanks to the Location which was very quiet. There are three Barths, just one of them didnt work After a few days anymore, But we still got two left (all good). The Pool was heated up an got cleaned very often. The view to the sea and the sunsets were just stunning :) The House was clean and comfy. If we go to Teneriffa again we would come back to the House :) "

Couple of points that the villa sleeps 8, however dining table only seats 6, and only 6 sunloungers 4 were around the pool and 2 on the roof terrace. There is a small shop at the hotel, 15 minutes walk away, however the walk back is very steep You really need a car due to the location of this villa "
