"We loved our stay!! The location was perfect, we didn’t want to be right in the hustle and bustle but wanted to be driving distance. The beaches were so great, the tide pools amazing, pool was perfect and we sat on the veranda facing the ocean every morning and every evening. The security guards were so smiley and nice!! "This house and the Playa Negra area were perfect for our multi-gen family (kids 10-17 and adults 50-80). The house is a stunning contemporary with comfortable gathering areas both inside and out. The ocean views and sunsets were amazing. Surfing on both Playa Negra snd Playa Avellanas was good for our beginner surfers, an excellent zipline park was just 20 munutes away, and the local restaurants provided lots of variety, quality and a fun, casual vibe. This house HIGHLY recommended!"

"The View was Great. The infinity pool was exquisite. The house itself was just as represented or better. The hotel beach restaurant just short walk from property was a really neat amenity to enjoy. Tho the beach is more of a surf than swim spot, it was entirely possible to spend time playing in the shallows!"

"One of my new favorite spots to visit in Costa Rica! Excellent home and conveniences. Well stocked for cooking and relaxing. Walk to out of the backyard to surf Playa Negra or drive just a few minutes for beach breaks or reef breaks. So many options! Owners were extremely friendly and helpful. Helped us find several surf spots nearby as well. Can’t thank them enough! We plan on coming back asap! "

"Villa Floramar is an amazing rental with plenty of space both indoors and out. Our family of 7 felt immediately at home and we spent as much time outdoors as possible. Mike and PJ (onsite help) were fantastic and really came to the rescue when there was a mix up with our grocery delivery the first day.
