"Great stay and even more fanatstic staff. Hotel has very good facilities, two outdoor pools and spacious rooms. We opted for half-board and I have to stay breakfast and dinner were really worth it. Food felt slightly repetitive after two weeks of stay though. Hotel is very close to a small supermarket and plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. "A lovely hotel with great facilities and bedrooms, the only thing letting it down was the restaurant. Only stayed one night but the quantity, quality and variety of the food was poor. Difficulty in finding plates and extra cutlery and food was not topped up in a timely manner. Pity as in all other aspects the hotel was great. Poorest food we’ve ever had in H10 hotels or indeed in any other 4* hotels."

"For a brief work related trip this was an ideal stop. Was clean and quiet and local amenities were on the doorstep. Clean pool with bar/cafe and a restaurant. Small but usable gym."

"Nice setting close to airport. Four star buffet with few options for vegans and slightly better for vegetarians. Rooms now dated and ripe for refurbishment - many communal spaces (bar, restaurant, show bar, pools) already updated and look great. Selection of bars / restaurants in immediate area including gift shops selling the usual tack. Well maintained promenade / cycle lanes running east towards airport and west towards Puerto del Carmen. Second stay here after having a club room with not a great view floor 0 and 1 I probably wouldn’t have an upgrade again I’d stick with a standard room, the benefits weren’t worth the extra money. AI drinks are good and generally branded and the pool area spotless. Breakfast very good but evening meal a bit hit and miss, not an issue for us as we like to explore.
