"Serge at the front desk was very helpful with our checkin. One of our bedsheets had a shoe mark on it and we encontered the same issue with the prevoius resort in Mallorca as well. Other than that everything is fine. Breakfaat is decent with enough choices. Room is spacious only problem waa the mosquitos."

"The hotel was friendly and clean, the staff were helpful. The room was well aid out and spacious this particular room did not have a proper shower tray with a door or a towel rail which would have been better. The balcony view of this room was to the rear of the hotel no pleasant gardens or anything just views out over residential properties and the car park which can be a little noisy at times with cars and dogs barking etc. "

"It’s our 2nd time visiting this hotel and it didn’t disappoint, although was a bit busier with it being UK half term holidays. We returned due to his amazing this hotel is for families, all the staff are amazing with kids and there is so much to do - not just for kids but family activities and adult classes and fun entertainment sessions too. The beach is beautiful and not too busy if you move along a bit, and there is a nice nature park to take a walk in. Alcudia old town is worth a visit so...

"We had another great family holiday here which was loads of fun as always. The staff were all excellent and couldn’t have been more friendly/helpful. The daily activities were excellent with a good range for all ages. Parts of the hotel are starting to become a bit dated and maybe with other more modern hotels in the area it could use a bit of an upgrade at some point but generally was a great experience and stay again.
