"Great location for adults, short walk to the East End where all the nice restaurants are on the harbour. Really good rooms, our was on level 1 with high celings and a two person bath - no complaints at all, would definitely stay here again!"

"Firstly the staff at check in were excellent and secondly the room was lovely. The decor is stunning both in the foyer and the room. Everything was beautiful. Check out the next day was quick and easy. It was our first visit to Newcastle and will definately be back to stay for longer to be able to try the different styes of restaurants close to the hotel and take the walks around the parks. Can't wait "

"Ample parking, would like to know the Hotel's Emergency contingency plan. We got caught to the storm, the Hotel did not have power for 2 days. The Hotel did not have a Plan B. The customers had to fend for them selves, there was no information was shared for the hotel residents when there was a situation. I was with my 2 kids, it was quite challenging, when lifts were not working, we had to walk down 3 levels with bags, to get to our car to load the car to leave the premises. "

"Hotel was great, great location, parking included and staff were very friendly. Only thing we didn’t love was how thin the walls are, could hear all movement on the floor above us and room next to us, however rest of hotel is perfect, including the wonderful relaxing pool! "
