"Phenomenal property !!!! I was so happy with our stay - which was sadly too short. This was merely a rest stop on the way to ski. But what an incredible surprise. Super friendly staff - the welcome was professional and so wonderful. The place is a castle and you feel transported to the Middle Ages. Real fast is excellent. Super comfortable. I will return !!! "Good location near the centre, payable parking at the hotel (13€), room and bathroom decent and clean. Minor issue with hair dryer cutting out after a few seconds, reception asked us to descend 3 floors to collect a replacement rather than sending one up with a member of staff so maybe customer service could be improved a little. Other than that the staff were very pleasant and the hotel was good value for money"
