"The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful but the room service doesn’t always respect the do not disturb sign and will not only walk in (more than once) whether you’re still in bed or in the shower but will insist to ask to clean the room even when you say no. "Our first day is quite bad as they gave us a room that is not as im expecting from the photo advetisement... after i complained they moved as to a nicer rooom which makes me happy and comfortable. "What an amazing hotel run by the most hard working, friendly and helpful people. All of the staff were brilliant, the hotel is super clean, with themed nights, differnt food which has so much choice. We stayed as 3 chikdren and 2 adults. We are plnat based adults which made it a little harder with not mcuh protien to eat but for a week we managed. They tried hard to accomodate but on 2 days we found it hard to be full up. "I had torn my achilles tendon just before my stay here so accessibility was an issue to some degree. No rooms had ramps or had ground floor accessibility. Other than that, the staff were great, breakfast was fantastic. Lunch was meh, dinner was really nice at the stone restaurant. My family had rented a car so we were a short 20 min drive into old town Chania which was gorgeous. "
