"Before I get into all the negatives of this place, let me say that if your plan is to bring a group of children to a place with multiple pools, buffet meals, and hourly activities, Chrispy World is not so bad. If you want comfortable beds, a normal-sized TV screen, reliable WIFI, reliable air conditioning, reliable electrical outlets, and to not be nickel-and-dimed for little extras, then avoid this place at all costs. "The place was great. The people at the front desk, bell staff and housekeeping were the best and most helpful. Our stay was near the end of the season so the restaurant was understaffed and a little slow. On the other hand there are so many great places to eat within short walking distance it didn't really matter. Highly recommended. Next time I will split time between here and old Chania."
