"The breakfast buffet definitely poor for a 5 star hotel, I was expecting fresh juices, only had pork, same 3 fruit options everyday and dry pastries. The beds were the worse, soo low, very uncomfortable and they make noises. The shower was tiny as well argh. And then one receptionist lady (Ioanna) if I remember her name correctly, wanted us to pay extra for parking just because, to qoute her "ooh because 5 euros is such a lot of money that you cannot pay it". "The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful but the room service doesn’t always respect the do not disturb sign and will not only walk in (more than once) whether you’re still in bed or in the shower but will insist to ask to clean the room even when you say no. It’s unfortunate because the rest of the experience, amenities, site, etc. Was excellent. "

"Great pool and on a nice beach. Hotel lobby great Rooms average. Patio for room had gaps which let people smoke drift in while you were sunbathing which really spoilt relaxing by the pool. Rooms are now well sound proofed either"

"Comfortable, spacious and well located apartments. Nice pool and friendly owner Andreas. Restaurant next door does lovely food, try the pizzas! Maleme itself is not too over developed and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from if you are self-catering."

"We had such a lovely stay here. One of the cleanest hotel rooms we’ve ever stayed in, it was spotless! Nice pool area with a bar on one side and a restaurant on the other side. Nice friendly staff. Restaurants and cafes within walking distance and a supermarkets nearby. We would definitely stay here again."
