"The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful but the room service doesn’t always respect the do not disturb sign and will not only walk in (more than once) whether you’re still in bed or in the shower but will insist to ask to clean the room even when you say no. Cons: the food quality is very bad and some none edible. The maintanance level is poor. The swimming Pool is dirty ( pool floor is full of sand). Air conditioning in the common areas almost dosent excist which is a nightmare during thr hot summer days, same for the rooms which some of them only has a partial...

"Spent 5 nights at this hotel and when arriving we were surprisingly upgraded to a bigger room with a shared swimming pool and a huge terrace with our own sun beds. Very quiet at the end of the corridor. The facility closest to the beach feels modern and clean. The rooms (at least ours) was aged and a bit outdated. Yes it was satisfactory clean. We chose All inclusive and the variety and themes were really good. Lots of gluten free options, and also the kitchen could make other dishes upon...
