"Wonderful hotel in a beautiful part of the city. Staff are always super helpful and warm and friendly. The number 14 tram stop is right outside. Tram ride from Centraal Station takes about 15 minutes. We have stayed at Quentin Zoo Hotel 3 times in the last 4 years and will be staying there again, next time we are in Amsterdam. Thank you for a wonderful holiday."
