"I spent a considerable amount of money for one night in a suite, which was more than most places in the area, and I wasn’t happy about the condition of the room. There were rusty light fixtures and other metal fixtures in the bathroom. The floor tiles were loose and in bad condition with missing grout. Damage to the walls, furniture, and other items that don’t seem to be maintained well for a good guest experience. Overall, I wasn’t happy with the condition of the room given the price. If the price was much lower, then it would not have been an issue. However, when you are charging above or much more than the going rate, then the condition and maintenance needs to be better. The front desk staff were very nice and professional. "
