It is very nice hotel in quiet location and friendly staff. There are a lot of restaurants in walking distance. But that hotel is old and need some upgrade. The bistro in the hotel is overpriced.

Normally a Hyatt guest member and come to Naperville frequently. I’ll be staying at this hotel from now on thanks to your lovely staff.
