"I was in Plano for surgery and expected to leave the day after the surgery but had some complications and was told to stay another couple of days. I came straight from the hospital and to the desk and the man working the counter (evening shift both times, week days) fixed it where I could rent the room for the weekend! The same room, I did not have to move! That meant so much to me as bad as I was feeling! "

"The everything was clean the bedding, pillows were comfortable and smelled very clean. Smoke free and quiet on the 3rd floor. Refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker in the room even though a breakfast was included. AC worked keeping the temperature as needed. "
