Receptionist Cristine manner, behavior is very root. Not polite and non co-operative. I was so upset with her behavior. Never ever will stay this hotel and no more trust Expedia. I called Expedia and they also said we are helpless which is unexpected. Really very bed experience. Just want to forget this experience.

The hotel was nice and the staff was friendly. It is also pet friendly. We liked the bathroom. They charged a small amount for parking, but hotels in the area usually don't charge for parking. Breakfast prices were very high.
