"My husband and I enjoyed a night away for a delayed Valentines celebration. The staff was very warm and welcoming. Our room was ready early which was very nice. The room was nicely appointed with a very clean bathroom. The location was great, close to all of the restaurants and shops. The only reason for leaving a 4 star is for the uncomfortable bed. It was just too firm to be comfortable. I realize it's a hotel and not my home, but I expect a better mattress at such a luxury hotel. I have...
