"We had appointments at Mayo, so stayed here for a week. It is extremely clean, the kitchen is set up well. We literally drove straight down the street about a mile to the main Mayo clinics. It was very comfortable, and the owners communication was excellent.There are just a couple quirks. The highs were in the single digits and lows below zero the first few days there. "The views are absolutely breathtaking! And the house itself, was more beautiful than the pictures could ever capture! The amenities were awesome and kept us busy! Definitely a 5 out of 5!! "

"My friends and I fell in love with this sweet cabin, the town of Pepin and the nearby towns up and down the river. The location of this space is excellent. Walkable to a couple of great restaurants (Harbor View Cafe! What a gem!) and the marina. The balcony had great views of the river, even with the boats up for the winter, and great sunset views. The train is a frequent passerby, but the white noise machines in each bedroom made it a nonissue. I will definitely be back! "

"We enjoyed our stay. We were in Rochester for a family reunion, so spent a lot of time away from this house. We have a couple of safety issues that should be addressed. First is a railing of some kind at the entrance. My husband and I are both in our 80s and could have felt safer with a railing to help us enter and exit the house. The other issue was there no safety bars in the tub/shower in the upstairs bathroom. "

"It was ok but when we came we had to clean first, and fix appliances which the tenants were very helpful with. "

"Property is just as stated and was n walking distance to Mayo and places to eat. The apartment had everything someone would need. Management sent good efficient communication regarding check in and out process."
