House had a great floorplan and you could see from the front room all the way to the kitchen which was great when traveling with a toddler. Extra bonus points for the permanent gate at the top of the stairs. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of everything you would need plus quite the selection of...

"My husband was being seen at Mayo Clinic this past week. This place is walking distance (if you are able) to walk to and from the main hospital (Mayo & Gonda). It made our stay easier knowing how close our place was. The staff was really quick to respond if/when we had questions or needed something. Will be staying here again! "

"We had stayed at this property a couple years ago and this stay was just as great as the first. We had family ages 6-70 and everyone really enjoyed their stay. There was plenty of space to be together but enough rooms to have some space too. Everyone enjoyed the games and pool room."

"The house is very nice, having been remodeled and tastefully decorated. The owners have done an excellent job, and have a great eye for detail. The bed was very comfortable, and the house very clean. Communication was great, The neighborhood is quiet, and very close to hospitals and downtown Rochester. We come to Rochester a couple of times a year and will definitely look at renting agin on a future visit. "
