The breakfast buffet was in a windowless basement, with a coffee machine that was broken and leaking water all over the floor. The staff was not friendly; they did not explain amenities at check-in, and when asked basic questions, they were unresponsive and curt. "Best hotel in the area. Excellent facilities (SPA, restaurants and ski services). Superb location ( pretty much on the main ski lift). Outdated rooms. Staff experience varies: some are great (reception, concierge and breakfast), some are simply unpleasant, inefficient and outright seemed annoyed by their job serving guests…(especially the SPA and the lobby lounge)"

"Every yeat we stay at Regnum hotel and it is always perfect. They have made renovation of the main hall and it looks beautiful. Since we always book family apartment with kitchen, there are plates, glasses but never any dishes to make food - sinple soup or pasta. "
