Find Hotel with a Concierge in Pirin Mountains

"Internet is the room was very slow. Not sufficient for work and video conference. Thankfully no conference was in progress and I was able to use the conference facility for a day. This had higher Internet speed of 25Gb.Thank you to the manager for accommodating. "

"Breakfast was fantastic, great variety. Rooms were good size. Walking distance to Gondola, but shuttle available if you want to be driven (15lev I think). Service was good, but english wasn't always good enough to communicate well - but still fine for being in another country. Spa was nice but this is the only area I would mark down, maybe just bad timing for the visit. Kids were going wild in the pool the first couple of days which I didn't enjoy. They can play without constant splashing...

"Ruby Tower is a nice, small apartment building about a 5-minute walk to the town shops/restaurants. It's about a 10-minute walk from the town center, and probably 15 minutes to the base gondola. For skiing, most of the shops will pick you up at your hotel with your skis, so just make arrangements the day prior. For us (family of 5), this worked out great. Back to the apartment, it is roomy and spacious. There's a supermarket right around the corner, so you can buy b-fast or dinner items to cook...

"Overall very good hotel,as usual for Bulgaria the roads and area is not finished. Doesnot have Air-conditioning as expected in mountains, but in hot weather is impossible to cool,especially on upper floors. Simple resolution would be portable Air-conditioning units to be rented if needed for extra cost"
