"Fantastic cottage with everything we needed, including some games and story books for the kids. Room to kick a ball around, chickens to visit and dogs to play fetch with. Happy memories. We look forward to coming back again one day."

"The house is in a quiet residential area outside the city center with a lovely view. The italian contingent of our group found the host to be very helpful and very responsive. We appreciated her assistance in recovering a lost item; she definitely went above and beyond the expectations of our Italian friends who will remain very grateful."

"We had a delightful week in this 1860s cottage. It has been fitted out very comfortably and is surrounded by beautiful gardens including a variety of fruit trees. Fiona is a wonderful host, who responds promptly. It’s a 20 minute drive from the touristy offerings of Piahia and the busier Kerikeri so if you’re wanting shops and restaurants on your doorstep this may not be for you. If you enjoy the peace and quiet of the lush green countryside the you’ll love this cottage"

"Had a lovely stay in Paihia in this cozy bach. We had 3 adults and 2 kids. This was a perfect setting for our weekend getaway."

"Very nice property. Enjoyed our time there. It was a bit disappointing to find that, in order to use the kyak, you need to carry down, then up a fairly steep hill. So guests should be warned usage of the kyak takes significant effort and strength each time you want to use, as you can't leave it down a the beach without the threat of being stolen. But the home itself is lovely."

"Great communication, place was very clean and tidy and had everything I needed. Was very close to my course, so location was perfect. "

"The beach house exceeded our expectations. The house which has a great outlook over a little bay. It is well equipped with a huge deck and plenty of space. We enjoyed wallowing in the spa after swimming to the pontoon and taking a kayak out for a paddle is an extra bonus. The hosts were friendly and helpful during our stay"
