"We got a balcony on the 2nd floor the screen door was broken. The A/C didnt cool the room so we kept the balcony door open, having to adjust the broken screen. These were reported. The desk staff and servers were excellent. Friendly and knowledgeable on the nearby restaurants and tours."

"We stayed in Joe’s Tavern and it was great. The place is very clean and the bed was comfortable. Just beware the shower is downstairs and it does get colder down in the bathroom than the upstairs. I would also suggest having a luggage holder or something in the downstairs bathroom since there’s no where to hold your clothes. Also the upstairs bathroom has a picture of an old lady that creeped me out a little, kind of reminded me of the haunted mansion. Overall it was a great stay and I would totally suggest it for couples or for a friends trip. "

"Lynda greeted us at the front desk with a big smile and a very warm welcome. She went to extra lengths to give us info about the area and make sure our first trip to Palm Springs would be a great one. The room was lovely and the pools/jacuzzis were fantastic. I picked this hotel because of the free cabanas, and they were super comfortable and there were plenty of them. I felt like we were at a top tier hotel based on how Lynda treated us and all of the cool amenities. The only thing that would have made it a bit better would be if there were microwaves in the rooms. But the TV was huge and we had the option of watching our streaming services on it, which I loved. We will definitely be back to L3 Oasis!"
