"Usually, all in all, this chain is pretty good, though this is the second one that makes me question the chains consistency in locations. This one was not dirty though a bit run down looking with scrapes and scuffs on the walls and doors. The elevator had a sign on it, "Not Working", yet the staff were using it constantly. The breakfast buffet, usually having a variety only offered pancakes, waffles, toast and cokd cereal. No eggs, no breakfast meats, yogurts, fruits, and oatmeal, normal fare...

"We did not get the room we had reserved but the hotel had a plumbing issue which affected several rooms. The hotel was pretty modern and clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was good . Kudos that the bathroom fan was on a separate switch and the fan was not noisy. The caulking in the shower was black mould. The Hotel should ensure the proper silicone bathtub caulking with anti-mould and mildew additives are used. This took away from an excellent rating on the room. "
