"Property was clean and very well stocked with dish soap, laundry soap, spices, beach chairs and towels. While there was some beach construction right in front of the building we could easily spend time on the beach with a short walk to the right.There aren't any restaurants in walking distance but we easily used the trolley and Uber to get around."

"So much of Fort Myers Beach has been rebuilt since the hurricane. It is getting better and better. We want to return to this unit. The hosts are easily the best we have ever rented from. The penthouse unit has the best view of the beach and ocean of any unit in the 3 buildings. I love a balcony with a spectacular view. We lived on the balcony reading, relaxing, and taking in the incredible scenery. Wow. I was so relaxed I kept taking naps all week long."

"Overall, this was a nice property. The location and view is exceptional. Some silverware and other kitchen items were missing or may need to be replaced. Beds were comfortable as was the sitting area. Have stayed in other condos on beach and also in this building that have been updated. In comparison, this unit was a little higher priced and could benefit from a thorough cleaning as well as some minor updates."

"Condo very nice - worked great for 2 and for 4 while my sister was there for 2 days. The only think I would suggest is giving 2 passes to park or at least change listing to say only 1."

"This efficiency condo worked great for the two of us. It was spacious, clean and view was awesome. Location was perfect as well. Enjoyed eating at Flippers on the property. Didn’t have an opportunity to use pool but it looked nice. Hope they get the other elevator working soon as at times there was a wait. Would stay there again."

"Awesome stay! Came to FMB with family. It’s a bit far to walk to town but the beach trolley, tram, and Tripppin rides (golf cart rides) was awesome. Best spot on the beach, beautiful screen porch, would definitely stay here again. "

"We loved this condo, it was so clean and all furnishings are new and coastal theme! The view is gorgeous! Flippers being right in the parking lot was great to have dinner so close by. Only drawback is we thought we would have beach access for morning walks. There is not access. We walked through some rough terrain to get to the beach and then we could walk the beach.
