"This unit is lovely and so beautifully decorated. It had everything you could need. We enjoyed the view and the porch most of all. We did see dolphins, manatee, and so many kinds of birds. The morning was especially peaceful outside and amazing sunrises. The unit has two beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler, and a fishing pole! "Our stay was wonderful! The property was beautiful. The staff and patrons were friendly. The accommodations had everything we needed. The views and the pool and hot tub were so nice. There are so many beaches to visit. We had our best shelling experience at Fort Meyers beach. The sand was white and soft and the water was was so nice. The location is great for visiting Marco island, Naples, Sanibel, or Captiva island and For Myers. There was so much to do or just enjoy the beach. While there was some beach construction right in front of the building we could easily spend time on the beach with a short walk to the right.There aren't any restaurants in walking distance but we easily used the trolley and Uber to get around."

"The condo was perfectly set up for my husband, son and I. The kitchen had all of the supplies, utensils, appliances etc needed, convenient to the washer and dryer-I wish we didn’t have to do laundry on vaca but we do. Love the screened in porch with view of the pool. Played card games, set up a puzzle to do all week on the coffee table, work space for my husband when needed on dining table, extra large closet to store our suitcases and hang stuff, used the dresser for our clothes. "The property location meant that we dealt with a fair amount of noise, including demolition of concrete, which began shortly after 7 a.m. offsite (not on resort), leaf blowing/shrub trimming on property (before 8 a.m.— one day, on the resort), and constant hum from exhaust fan of restaurant while sitting on the lanai. While all of this is beyond the owner’s control, we would return to the resort only if we could stay at a location where we would be less likely to be exposed to such noise."
