"We had a great stay here. Host was fantastic and quick to answer questions. Home is extremely well equipped, everything you need with a great laundry area. We didn’t get to use the pool as the polar vortex settled in and we had horrible weather. The house is 5 min walk to 5th ave restaurants and 10 mins to the beach. Ideal. The bathroom is tiny and there is no storage for anything as it’s a pedestal sink but there’s a closet outside the door where we stored things. All in all great value...

"The interior of the house was nice. The exterior of the home needs some TLC. Grass was over grown and hadn’t been mowed in awhile, brushes need trimmed back, fence was falling apart and tarps hanging off the roof. The light in the pool was completely out of its spot. House looked abandoned from the road. Curb appeal is a huge drawback. But at the same time, this wouldn’t stop us from visiting again. The location was great for visiting different beaches and the neighborhood was nice and safe. "

The beach is just a short walk across the street, close enough to come and go as our toddler’s schedule allowed. The breakfast joint across the street is a must try! "

I was unable to locate my booking on VRBO after submitting the 3rd party rental agreement. The house was clean and had great access to the beach, with a local access point at the end of the street. "Our family of six adult children enjoyed spending Christmas in this spacious home. With five bedrooms, everyone had their own space, and the kitchen and living room area provided ample space for gatherings. The views, the pool, the beach--alll were spectacular! We wish we could live here!"

"This was a beautiful home with an amazing swimming pool and jacuzzi. There was so much room for everyone and so many supplies available to us. Valerie was always available by text and very responsive. There were nine of us including a 4 month-old baby. This was the best vacation our family has ever had! "
