"This is a beautiful place in the heart of Pelican Bay - close to everything. You can walk or bike to tennis, walk or tram to the beach, walk or bike to the nearby shops - and best of all, the bikes are included! Beautifully and comfortably furnished in a contemporary, non-stuffy style. And the lanai has to be among the biggest in Pelican Bay. My wife and I worked during the day and "vacationed" on the weekends. It was the perfect way to spend a couple of months escaping a cold midwestern winter!"

"The condo is well equipped, the location is great, the neighbors friendly, and we were prepared for the construction. The condo is an easy walk to the beach; the rooftop pool was clean with ample seating; and the area is great for walking and biking. But we did have some issues with the condo itself. On Saturday (move in day) we got a call from the owner stating that she had an issue with the previous tenant and we could not get in until Sunday. No specifics were given and the owner put us up...

"Hubby and i got away for the Labor Day weekend! Condo was lovely, very well-appointed, clean and spacious. Short walk to the beach which was beautiful and we ate lots of yummy local seafood. Highly recommend this unit!"
