"We will definitely be returning to this house in the years to come! The lake access wasn’t available unless you wanted to sink in mud because since there has been so much flooding, the lake had risen up so far up the property to where you really couldn’t find the path. But there is plenty of other places to fish and enjoy the water. Nolan Dam is cool. The house is very very well stocked with everything from dog toys, kids toys. Games, kitchen appliances and the kitchen is more stocked than any Airbnb I’ve ever been to. Beautiful views from the awesome decks and patio! Cell service is sketchy so I would advise you to have all your information on getting into the house without having to log into the VRBO app. We had issues with the WiFi but after contacting the host and resetting the router, it was great! The host is very accommodating and is quick to respond to calls or messages!"

"We visited during HS spring break which was a historically rainy time but was a welcomed get away with family. The place is located in a great location to enjoy the water, weather permitting. The house was very clean upon arrival helping make us feel welcomed. The screened in back porch is great to watch nature regardless of the weather. Upon recommendation of the host, we ate at Little Dave’s pizza which was great. Their menu is large enough to accommodate anyone. The dam is a very short drive away if you wanted to fish or hike. We plan to come back when the weather is more accommodating for water friendly activities. "

Everything is neat clean whatever we need. Everything is there. I love the hot tub outside overall we really enjoy our stay. We will be back soon thank you."

"Our family had a wonderful time at the house by the bonfire, playing games, and making family meals. The house was close to excellent day trips like Mammoth Cave, The Lost River Cave, Kentucky Down Under and Western Kentucky University. The local food was impressive with Bluegrass BBQ at the top of the list. We can’t say enough about how great Tammy was. She made everything so easy. The cleanliness and amenities of this rental were top notch! We loved our time there and you will too. "

"The house is beautiful and all amenities are provided for. It feels like you are home away from home. The kids love the bunkbeds in the basement. Mammoth Cave is 35 minutes away.
